• جميع المدفوعات على هذا الموقع تبرعات اختيارية لدعم تعريب ألعاب الفيديو إلى العربية، وليست شراءً لمنتج أو خدمة.
• يُنشر كل تعريب مكتمل مجانًا للجميع، سواء تبرعوا أو لم يتبرعوا.
• التبرعات غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إتمامها.
• يُستثنى من ذلك: الدفع المكرر، أو الخصم الذي تم بالخطأ، أو الدفع دون إذن صاحب البطاقة، فيُسترد كاملًا خلال 14 يومًا من إرسال الطلب إلى بريدنا الإلكتروني.
• إذا لم يكتمل الهدف المالي لإحدى الألعاب بعد، تظل حملتها مفتوحة وتبقى جميع التبرعات محسوبة لصالح تلك اللعبة.
• إذا تعذّر إكمال تعريب لعبة اكتمل تمويلها لأسباب تقنية، تُسترد تبرعات تلك اللعبة.
• عند الموافقة على الاسترداد، يُعاد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في التبرع.
• قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وتسري النسخة المنشورة على الموقع على التبرعات الجديدة.

• All payments on this website are voluntary donations to support the Arabic localization of video games. They are not purchases of a product or service.
• Every completed localization is released free of charge to everyone, whether they donated or not.
• Donations are non-refundable once completed.
• Exceptions: duplicate payments, charges made in error, or payments made without the cardholder's authorization will be refunded in full within 14 days of a request sent to our contact e-mail.
• If a game's funding goal has not been reached yet, its campaign stays open and all donations remain counted towards that game.
• If a funded localization cannot be completed for technical reasons, the donations for that game will be refunded.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned through the same payment method used for the donation.
• We may update these terms; the version published on the website applies to new donations.
